Challenging, enjoyable and sublimely muddy, you will enjoy the thrill of running on previously uncharted territory. Three Gates Farm has one short bridleway running through it, the rest is private land and only opened for this event.

A great deal of time and effort has gone in to make the route both interesting and challenging and to provide the runner with the opportunity to stretch themselves physically, mentally and emotionally. 

Geared to team participants, the obstacles often require a ‘joined up’ thinking approach and ability to work together as one, to achieve a fast and effective solution. The main course is 10km with the 5km Bull Run utilising the first half of the course.
